Tanya Amir

Tanya Amir, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Asset Management at Perform Properties since May 2025, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at EQ Office and Equity Office Properties Trust. At EQ Office, Tanya held the titles of Vice President and Director of Portfolio Finance from September 2018 to May 2025. Prior to this, Tanya worked at Equity Office Properties Trust from September 2007 to September 2018, progressing through various positions including Manager of Corporate Finance, Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Tax Accountant, and Tax Accountant. Tanya began their career as an Accounting Intern at National Able Network in 2006. Tanya Amir earned a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University, completing the Strobel Honors Accounting Program from 2003 to 2007.
