Juliana Amorim has a diverse work experience in various roles. Currently, they work at Performa_IT as the Head of Design, leading a team of 8 individuals and overseeing innovation projects using Design Thinking methodologies. Previously, they worked at Purpose: Assessoria Ágil em Projetos de Inovação as a workshop facilitator for Design Thinking. Juliana also has experience as a professor at InterCoop Brasil and Unifia Unisepe, where they teach psychology and supervises clinical internships. In addition, they have worked as a Coordinator at LM Nutri, overseeing HR and Nutrition departments, and as a psychologist at Beneficência Portuguesa de Amparo, providing support to patients and managing administrative tasks. Earlier in their career, Juliana worked as a clinical psychologist at Clínica Síntese, providing individual therapy to various patients. Juliana also worked as a Senior HR Analyst at Grupo Rubaiyat, focusing on compensation and training plans. Juliana's career started as a Private Practice Psychologist and later as an RH Consultant at Johari Consultoria e Treinamento, where they conducted leadership and training programs and managed HR policies.

Juliana Amorim has an extensive education history with a focus on strategic design management and agile methodologies. Juliana holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, completed in 2009. Juliana has pursued further education in various fields, including a post-graduate degree in Business Management from the same university in 2018-2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Scrum and Agile, such as Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2021. Juliana has also completed post-graduate specialization programs in strategic design management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in 2023. Juliana has a strong interest in areas such as user experience (UX) design, design thinking, and lean agile coaching, as evidenced by their certifications and short-term courses in these subjects.
