Andrés Arroyave M. has extensive experience in the field of CRM and strategy, spanning over 15 years. Initially, they served as CRM & Digital Marketing Coordinator, before being promoted to CRM & Digital Marketing Manager. Andrés was responsible for building and executing multiple CRM projects and campaigns, as well as contributing to the long-term digital strategic planning for the ERIS brand.

In addition, Andrés worked as a CRM - Demand Generation Specialist at TechBlocks. Here, they focused on generating demand and implementing CRM strategies.

Early in their career, Andrés held various roles at EY. Andrés started as a Marketing Intern/Staff, providing support for the execution of the Marketing & Communications strategy across multiple countries. Andrés later became a Marketing & Communications Staff member, supporting the Global Marketing strategy execution in Colombia. Eventually, they transitioned into the role of Performance Improvement Strategy Consultant, where they participated in strategic projects for leading companies in Colombia and the region.

Andrés began their professional journey as a Marketing & Corporate Business Manager at Human Capital. In this role, they were responsible for integrating marketing and business development, including branding, corporate communications, PR, advertising, strategic alliances, digital, and CRM.
