Dhivya Ravindran has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dhivya is currently working as a Staff Data Scientist at Performance Art, where they lead the Data Science team and uses AI to predict creative performance and assess the impact of marketing activities. Dhivya has also worked as a Mentor for No Code AI and ML programs at MIT and UT Austin, providing career and course mentoring to senior leaders. Dhivya has volunteered as a Data Scientist for U.S. Digital Response, where they advised on various projects for government partners. Dhivya was an NYC[x] Data Innovation Fellow with the City of New York, where they built algorithms to improve cleanliness data collection. Dhivya has also held positions as the Head of Data Science and Machine Learning at 2497 Inc., a Senior Data Scientist at BankBazaar.com, and the Chief Data Scientist at Grandatos. Dhivya started their career as a Software Engineer at IBM, where they analyzed software quality and worked on VoIP projects. Additionally, they have volunteered as a Data Scientist for Data for Democracy, building a machine learning model to analyze comments on the FCC public docket regarding net neutrality.

Dhivya Ravindran has a diverse educational background in management sciences, quantitative methods, industrial engineering, and engineering. Dhivya completed a 15-Month Executive Programme in Global Business Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Prior to that, they obtained a 2-Year Masters in Industrial Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy. Dhivya also holds a 4-Year Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Anna University.

In addition to their formal education, Dhivya Ravindran has obtained several certifications in data science and related fields. Dhivya is a Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate and has completed the Executive Data Science Capstone, Executive Data Science Specialization, A Crash Course in Data Science, Building a Data Science Team, Data Science in Real Life, and Managing Data Analysis programs at The Johns Hopkins University. Dhivya has also completed the Understanding Europe: Why It Matters and What It Can Offer You certification at HEC Paris.
