Melissa Purvis

Melissa Purvis is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing and food production sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Performance Beauty Group since November 2022, Melissa has previously held significant roles, including Lean Master at Fort Dearborn Company and Plant Manager at multiple organizations, such as Parker Products, Inc., Farmer Brothers, Snap Kitchen, and Sunny Delight Beverages Co. Notably, Melissa managed a large facility at Parker Products, overseeing a substantial increase in production from 150,000 lbs to over 550,000 lbs per week. Melissa's early career included various managerial positions at ConAgra Foods and Alcoa, along with administrative roles at Cornell University. Melissa holds a BA in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University, completed in 1999.
