Maureen Lalonde

Maureen LaLonde, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Maureen currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Performance Food Group since July 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Service Partners as the Director of Human Resources from July 2015 to February 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading all HR and safety functions for 75 Service Partners locations and their corporate office.

Before joining Service Partners, Maureen worked at La-Z-Boy as a Regional HR Manager from August 2009 to June 2015. Previously, they had extensive experience at Circuit City Stores, Inc., where they held various roles including Regional Human Resource Director, Employee Relations Manager, Regional HR Manager, and Regional Management Recruiter from May 1997 to June 2009.

Through their various roles, Maureen has garnered valuable experience in leading HR functions, managing employee relations, and recruiting. Their expertise in these areas makes their a highly qualified HR professional.

Maureen LaLonde, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a BBA in Human Resources from Strayer University. Maureen has also completed executive education programs in Strategic Human Resources Planning from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and Management Certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In addition to their formal education, Maureen has obtained various certifications including OSHA 10 Hour Compliance Course from Fred Pryor/Career Tracks, SHRM-CP from SHRM, Predictive Index Practitioner Certification from The Predictive Index, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
