Joseph Caldwell has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the automotive and industrial sectors. Since September 2007, Joseph has been employed at Performance Friction in inside sales, managing OEM accounts and overseeing daily customer service operations. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Stabilus from September 2002 to October 2006, focusing on industrial accounts and collaborating with CSR teams and technical sales representatives. Joseph's career began at John Deere, where from June 1987 to August 2002, responsibilities included managing consumer relations and dealer product support communications. Joseph holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science, Industrial Management, from Gaston College and attended Limestone University from 1996 to 1997.
