Erika Howell

Erika Howell is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in various planning roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Planner at Performance Health since October 2023, Erika has previously worked as a Supply Chain Inventory Planner and Analyst at Mactac North America from May 2022 to August 2023. Prior roles include Supply Chain Planner at Master Builders Solutions in mid-2021 and Supply Planner at Compass Health Brands from June 2020 to May 2021. Erika began a supply chain career at Alpha Technologies, where duties included Planner and Supply Chain Intern from December 2016 to May 2020. Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management from The University of Akron, earned between 2015 and 2019.
