As a Partner at EAT Brand Group since 2008, Harry specializes in branding, product development, and market analysis for small to mid-sized businesses, with notable projects including the scalability and franchise readiness of Pizza Fusion. Previous roles include SVP Brand Development for Lone Star Steakhouse and Texas Land and Cattle, where revenue exceeded $200MM, and Vice President of Marketing & Product Development at ARAMARK, a leading multi-billion-dollar foodservice provider. Harry's career further includes significant contributions as SVP at Darden, CMO for Wild Oats Markets, and CMO of Ruth's Hospitality Group, where successful rebranding efforts earned international acclaim. Harry began a career in marketing at Brinker International, establishing a corporate communication department and enhancing industry visibility.
