Steffen Pawlitzki

Steffen Pawlitzki is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer strategy and operational management. Currently serving as Director of Squad Teams and Chief Customer Officer on the Executive Board at PERFORMANCE ONE since January 2020, Steffen focuses on strategic customer development, enhancing customer loyalty, and business model innovation. Additionally, from July 2021 to October 2024, Steffen held the role of General Manager at PERFORMANCE ONE TOUCH, overseeing daily operations, strategy development, budget management, and team leadership. Previous roles include Client Service Director at SUCHDIALOG and various positions at suchdialog AG and SPD-Landesverband Berlin. Steffen holds a Diplom in Political Science from the University of Potsdam.
