David Penna is an experienced Exercise Physiologist currently serving as the Head Exercise Physiologist at Moving With H.O.P.E. since October 2021, specializing in senior care and improving quality of life through functional exercise for individuals with various medical conditions. Additionally, David has been a Certified Personal Trainer at Performance Optimal Health since October 2020 and previously held the position of Director of Programs at Joint Effort from July 2014 to August 2020, where David managed a team of Exercise Physiologists and oversaw client programs and evaluations across multiple locations. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Southern Connecticut State University, earned in May 2015.
