Melanie Danza is a seasoned professional in the fitness industry with extensive experience in Pilates instruction and fitness counseling. Since February 2017, Melanie has served as a Certified Pilates Instructor at Performance Physical Therapy & Wellness, and has held similar positions at Pilates Studio of Rye and Movement Design since 2015. Previously, Melanie worked as a Pilates Coordinator at Equinox from 2011 to 2015 and as a Group Exercise Manager/Program Specialist at Apogee Pilates & Yoga Wellness Center from 2008 to 2010. Melanie also has a long-standing entrepreneurial background as the Business Owner of Women For Fitness from 1996 to 2008, and was a member of the National Step Reebok Team during tenure at Reebok Corporation from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, Melanie began a career in fitness counseling at New York University Women's Wellness from 1990 to 1993.
