Tricia Freiesleben is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and healthcare. As Managing Director of Performance Paradigm LLC since 2017, Tricia Freiesleben oversees an international consultancy focused on leadership, diversity, and inclusion training across various business sectors. Concurrently, Tricia Freiesleben has served as Director of IT Telehealth, Outcomes Management and Quality at Tampa General Hospital since May 2012. Tricia Freiesleben holds a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching, as well as Nursing, from the University of South Florida, where studies were completed between 1981 and 1986.
