Todd Chapin

Todd Chapin's work experience includes their current role as a Conversational Designer at PTP, which they have held since April 2021. Todd previously worked as a Mentor at CareerFoundry starting in May 2020. From 2018 to 2021, they served as an Instructor at Brandeis University. As a User Experience & Product Management Consultant, Todd worked independently from 2008 to 2021. Todd also held the position of Director of UX Research & Design at Pillo Health from April 2019 to September 2020. Todd has experience as the Co-founder / Chief Product Officer at ShopClerk.ai from June 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they worked at Audible, Inc. as the Director of Product Management for Alexa from 2017 to 2018. Todd was appointed as the VP of Consumer Experience at RacerX Inc, a startup focused on improving the product registration and ownership experience, from 2016 to 2017. Todd served as the Director of Global Member Experience and Product Management at Zipcar, leading a team of 15 Product Managers and UX Designers from 2011 to 2016. Todd's earlier experience includes their role as the Principal Voice User Interface Designer at PTP, where they worked with clients to design and improve speech recognition telephony systems.

Todd Chapin has a B.S. degree in Engineering Psychology from Tufts University. Additionally, they hold an M.S. degree in Human Factors Engineering from the same institution.
