Kristy N. Britsch is an experienced attorney specializing in ESOP, ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation. Currently serving as senior counsel at Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC since January 2018, Kristy has over a decade of experience advising closely held businesses on integrating employee stock ownership plans into their succession planning. Additionally, Kristy serves as a board member at Performance Validation and previously held the position of Vice President for ESOP Services at Wilmington Trust, where fiduciary services were provided to corporations during ownership transitions.
