Jason Tuttle

Jason Tuttle is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in user support services and desktop engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT User Support Services at Performant Corp since December 2021, Jason is responsible for the delivery of high-quality end-user support. Prior to this role, Jason managed the Service Desk and related functions for Hillsborough County, providing support across 39 departments. Jason's career also includes leadership positions at Rooms To Go, Press Ganey Associates, Maxim Healthcare Services, MedAssets, and Smith & Nephew, with a focus on service delivery, desktop engineering, and asset management. Jason holds multiple certifications, including ITIL in service operation and operational support, ServiceNow System Administrator, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt, along with an A.S. in Computer Information Technology from Santa Fe College.
