Nicole Griffin

Nicole Griffin, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Nicole started their career in 2009 at The Scooter Store as a Billing Collections and Appeals Specialist II. In 2012, they joined Champs Medical as a Billing and Collections Specialist II. In 2013, Nicole moved to CGI, where they held various roles including Administrative Support, Appeals Specialist II, Technical Team Lead/Project Lead, and Operations Supervisor. Since 2018, Nicole has been working at Performant Corp, where they have served as a Healthcare Billing & Recovery Specialist, Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager, and currently as the Director of HCS Recovery Operations. Their work experience showcases their proficiency in healthcare billing, collections, appeals, and project management.

Nicole Griffin, PMP has a diverse education history. In 2008, they attended The College of Health Care Professions and focused on Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Billing. Nicole obtained a certification in Medical Billing from the Academy of Health Care Professions in December 2008. In 2016, Nicole enrolled at San Antonio College, though their specific field of study is unknown.
