Syed Hasnain Raza Shah is a seasoned professional in software development and operations with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Performant Financial Corp. since January 2010, Syed specializes in designing tailor-fit solutions for payment integrity, recovery audit, and compliance projects, catering to notable clients such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS). Previously, Syed held the position of Manager at Performant, and at Diversified Collection Services, Syed took on multiple roles, including Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Application Architect, where significant improvements in the SDLC process and project lifecycle management were achieved. Syed is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at California State University - East Bay.
