Cara Redding has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cara began their career as a Marketing Associate at AXA Advisors in 2005, where they worked until 2007. Following that, they joined the Muscular Dystrophy Association as a Marketing Coordinator from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, Cara joined Perform[cb] as the Executive Vice President of Operations, a role they continue to hold. In the same year, they also took on the position of Head of Market Research at Clickbooth.com. From 2012 to 2014, Cara was the VP of Research & Communications at Clickbooth.com before being promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations. Cara worked in this role until 2020.
Cara Redding pursued their education at two different institutions. In 2001, they enrolled at The University of Kansas and successfully completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, General in 2005. After a few years, in 2009, they attended the University of South Florida for an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree, with a focus on marketing, management, and finance.
