Marissa de Leon

Marissa de Leon serves as the Design Director at Performics since May 2012, where Marissa manages a design team, leads the design process, and focuses on data-driven, UX-oriented visual solutions across various mediums. Previous roles at Performics include Design Manager and Senior Web Designer, contributing to web design and creative strategy. In addition to work at Performics, Marissa is a Graphic/Web Designer for the Love Serve Remember Foundation, creating digital collateral for events and book releases. Freelance design work through Art by MdL showcases skills in brand development and web design. Marissa's experience also includes roles at Chicago Health Care Ventures and Advantage xPO, enhancing brand presence and client communication. Educated with a BFA in Advertising Art Direction from Columbia College Chicago, Marissa's design journey began with an AFA in Fine Arts at Morton College and foundational studies at Trinity High School.
