Mike Gunderson

Mike Gunderson serves as the Director of Engineering at Performics since July 2019. Previously, Mike held various roles at Echo Global Logistics, including Engineering Manager, QA Engineering Manager, and Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading software engineers, managing quality assurance practices, and overseeing multiple teams. From 2005 to 2015, Mike worked at GoHealth/Norvax, progressing from Senior Software Engineer to Sales Engineer, Technical Manager, and Technical Project Manager, contributing significantly to health insurance technology developments. Early experience includes web development roles at Performics and Cognocys. Mike holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
