Katie Tendler

Katie Tendler is an experienced operations specialist with a strong background in project management and customer success. Currently serving as an Operations Specialist at Brightwell since September 2024, Katie previously held the position of Professional Services & Customer Success Operations Manager at Performio from August 2022 to November 2023. Prior roles include Director of Operations, Project Manager, Sales Support Coordinator, and Service Coordinator at Velo IT Group from March 2017 to July 2022. Katie began a career in operations at AppFolio, Inc. as an Implementation Manager from April 2015 to March 2017 and gained initial experience as a Project Intern at Genea Energy Partners in 2013. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Economics, and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2014, following graduation from Corona Del Mar High School in 2010.
