Makaela Chiles

Makaela Chiles has a diverse range of work experience. Makaela currently works at Performio, starting in 2022. Makaela holds the role of Senior Business Development Representative, where they began in April 2023, and previously worked as a Business Development Representative since June 2022. Before Performio, Makaela was a Sales Representative at Hoffmaster Group, Inc. from November 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at Club Pilates from June 2018 to November 2020. Makaela also has experience as a Medical Office Associate at Lexington Medical Center from June 2017 to May 2018. In addition, they were a Team Captain at Hibbett Sporting Goods from February 2015 to December 2016. Makaela's journey started as an Exercise Physiologist at the University of Toledo Medical Center in January 2016, where they worked until May 2016. Overall, Makaela has gained valuable skills and expertise throughout their various roles in business development, sales, management, healthcare, and sports.

Makaela Chiles completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Bowling Green State University in 2021. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same university, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, Makaela obtained a certification in "Filling the Funnel" from Sell Better by JB Sales in February 2023.
