Nicolas Lefranc

Nicolas Lefranc currently serves as the General Manager for the Asia Pacific region at PerformanceCentre since July 2015, where the focus is on transforming sales compensation strategies into effective tools for success. Prior to this role, Nicolas held multiple positions at Arkadin, including Director of Customer and Sales Operations, General Manager for Australia and New Zealand, and Director of Finance and Sales Operations for Asia Pacific from April 2009 to December 2014. Nicolas also gained significant experience at PGi from September 2000 to December 2008, with roles encompassing Director of Sales Operations and Finance Director for Southern Europe, among others. Earlier experience includes a Financial Analyst position at Trimex from November 1996 to September 2000. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Finance and International Management from OMNES Education and attended Boston College in 1995.
