Ashley Cianci, MBA

Ashley Cianci, MBA has a diverse work experience. Ashley started their career in 2014 as an Account Specialist at MaxPoint. In 2015, they joined PrecisionLender as a Marketing Specialist, then a Marketing Manager, and eventually a Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, they created and implemented demand campaigns that increased marketing-sourced opportunity ACV from less than $300K to over $10M. Ashley also implemented a measurable and scalable event-marketing strategy that increased event-sourced opportunity ACV from less than $100K to over $5M. In 2020, Ashley joined PerformLine as a Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Demand Generation. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and grow sales pipeline. This includes content development and creation, execution of promotional strategy through various channels, and monitoring/optimizing of campaign results.

Ashley Cianci obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Organizational Communication, General from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014. Ashley then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from North Carolina State University in 2020, graduating Summa Cum Laude. In 2019, Ashley also obtained the BB&T Emerging Leaders Certification from The BB&T Leadership Institute.
