Liz Merkens (Holman)

Liz Merkens (Holman) has worked in various roles in the customer success and account management fields since 2011. Liz began their career as an intern at Acropolis in 2011. In 2012, they joined Aerotek as an Account Manager, and later held the roles of Account Recruiting Manager and Recruiter. In 2017, they began working at Gravie as an Account Manager. In 2018, they joined Drip, where they held the roles of Manager of Customer Success, Senior Success Manager, and Director of Customer Success & Professional Services. In 2022, they will become the Director of Customer Success at PerformYard.

Liz Merkens (Holman) obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from Iowa State University between 2008 and 2012. In July 2022, they obtained four certifications from Total Customer Strategy, including Customer Success Expert, Customer Success Professional, Onboarding Expert, and Onboarding Professional.
