Helene Benjaminsson

Helene Benjaminsson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Öresund for PERI since November 2016, overseeing operational and strategic HR processes in Sweden and Denmark while being a member of both the Management Team and the Global HR Leadership Team. In addition, Helene has contributed as an HR consultant for Vemaventuri since January 2019, providing support during the company's establishment phase and assisting with IT recruitment. Prior experience includes roles as an HR specialist at Martin & Servera, where Helene focused on strategic workplace issues, and as an HR-strateg at Polismyndigheten, emphasizing organizational development and coaching. Earlier in the career, Helene held positions at Kalmar Industries/Adecco and Previa, providing expertise in personnel administration and health education. Helene holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Halmstad University and additional coursework in the field.
