Sven Fischer

Sven Fischer is a highly experienced professional in product management and R&D, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management and R&D at PERI since October 2020, where Sven drives innovation for the global Formwork product portfolio and leads an international team of over 30 employees. Prior to PERI, Sven held the position of Director of Product Management at Laird Performance Materials, overseeing global P&L for multiple product lines in diverse sectors. Sven’s career also includes key roles such as Senior Product Manager at OSRAM, where responsibility included global P&L accountability for high pressure discharge lamps, and significant contributions at W. L. Gore & Associates, where Sven managed new business development and product lines in automotive applications. Early career experiences included technical roles at Schreiner Group GmbH & Co. KG and Beiersdorf, where Sven focused on innovative product development and research in engineering. Sven earned a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
