Director Customer Experience at PERI USA

Evgeniy Vdovenko has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Evgeniy began their career with PERI in 2013, where they served as the National Head of Operations. In this role, they introduced new material management processes, resulting in a significant increase in material utilization levels and an improvement in material exchange. Evgeniy also implemented a portfolio management process, leading to a rental stock shortage.

After their role as the National Head of Operations, Evgeniy served as the CFO assistant, where they successfully implemented project management systems and played a key role in creating the Order management department. Evgeniy also implemented a system of benchmarks to measure the efficiency of PERI's operations in Ukraine.

In 2018, Evgeniy joined PERI USA and took on various leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Experience, responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience. Prior to this role, they held the position of Logistics Director, East, where they managed logistics operations for the company. Evgeniy also served as the Operations Manager for the EBU division.
