Phil Holwell Ceng Mimeche

Phil Holwell CEng MIMechE has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Phil currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering at PERI USA since August 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Management Consultant at Holwell Consulting where they provided process and technology leadership to businesses for improving efficiency and quality in design and manufacturing.

Before their consulting role, Phil worked at JLG Industries for eight years, serving as the Senior Director of Engineering from July 2012 to November 2018 and as the Director of Engineering for Europe from August 2010 to July 2012.

Phil also had a pivotal role at Bombardier Transportation as the Head of Engineering Performance, Strategy, and Continuous Improvement from April 2009 to September 2010.

Earlier in their career, Phil worked at JCB, where they held various positions such as Engineering Technology Manager, PLM Project Manager, and Product Manager for Wheeled Products.

Phil'scareer started at Caterpillar Inc., where they served as the Engineering Manager for Backhoe Loader and Small Wheeled Loader.

Phil's professional journey began at JCB as a Product Support Engineer. Overall, their work experience reflects a strong background in engineering management and strategic leadership.

Phil Holwell completed their Bachelor of Engineering (hons) in Mechanical and Computer Aided Engineering from Staffordshire University from 1985 to 1989.
