Liz Holderness

Liz Holderness is an accomplished executive search and research professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Partner and Director of Board Recruitment at Peridot Partners since August 2014, Liz has led research and executive search initiatives across various sectors at senior management and board levels. Previous roles include Head of Research at Green Park Interim & Executive Search and several positions in executive search firms such as Penna and Rockpools. Notably, Liz held the position of Director of Research at Goddard Kay Rogers/Whitehead Mann, and played a key role at the British Council in developing business relations and securing sponsorships. Liz's expertise encompasses candidate engagement, assessment, talent mapping, and conducting salary surveys and board reviews.
