Isabella Rognoni

Isabella Rognoni is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the energy, M&A, and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Development & Corporate Affairs for Peridot Solar since December 2022, Isabella previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Nexta Capital Partners and worked as an Associate at Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, focusing on banking and finance. Earlier roles include Avvocato at PwC Italy, where responsibilities involved corporate restructuring and contract law, and a legal counsel position at Fiera Milano SpA on secondment.
