Galen Rutledge

Galen Rutledge is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as Director of Design at Perigon since July 2024, Galen previously held the position of Design Manager and Principal Product Designer at Flo Recruit from June 2023 to July 2024. At Leafly, from October 2019 to April 2023, Galen directed a cross-functional design organization, enhancing consumer experiences and leading strategic product opportunities. Prior roles include Senior UX Designer at RetailMeNot, Inc., where Galen significantly improved revenue and account creation through redesign initiatives, and Manager of UX Engineering at Malauzai Software Inc., focusing on team development and strategic milestones. Galen's freelance work included branding and user experience design for various businesses, complemented by leadership roles in design and marketing at Launch Box Media and property management firms. Galen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from The University of Georgia.
