Lisa Herbert is an experienced professional in customer success and account management within the life sciences and software sectors. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Perigord Life Science Solutions since July 2024, Lisa previously held roles at Elemica and RELEX Solutions as a Customer Success Manager, and at JDA Software in both Technical Account Management and Cloud Delivery Management. With a substantial background at IDBS, Lisa managed customer support operations, directed service management, and provided consultancy services while collaborating with account managers to develop strategies for customer satisfaction.
