Srinivasan Iyengar currently serves as the Growth Marketing lead for Fragrances in South Asia at International Flavors & Fragrances, a role held since October 2018 that encompasses global project leadership in digital and strategic innovation tools, business development, and growth strategy initiatives. Additionally, Srinivasan undertakes a secondment as Marketing Manager for Asia Fabric and Home Care. Prior to this position, Srinivasan worked at Firmenich as a Senior Consumer Insights Analyst, where the focus was on developing winning product mixes through consumer insights in various sectors. Srinivasan began a career at Nielsen, progressing through roles from Research Analyst to Senior Executive, specializing in market research for major FMCGs and being recognized for contributions to strategic branding and sales forecasting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from S.I.E.S Graduate School of Technology.
