Bill Waits

Bill Waits has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Bill is currently working as a Corporate Counsel at Perimeter Solutions since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Attorney at Vi-Jon from March 2022 to May 2022, and before that, as an Attorney from July 2020 to March 2022.

Earlier in their career, Bill worked as an Associate Attorney at Reinker, Hamilton & Fenley LLC from November 2016 to June 2020 and at Millsap & Singer, P.C. from February 2016 to November 2016.

Bill gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Summers Compton Wells from April 2014 to October 2015 and as a Legal Intern at the Law Office of Thomas SanFilippo & Associates, LLC from November 2013 to March 2014.

Bill also took on internship roles, including an Internship at Platinum Sports & Entertainment Management from May 2013 to August 2013 and a Summer Associate position at Ronald J. Brockmeyer Law Offices from May 2013 to August 2013.

Bill Waits received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History from Wheaton College, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Bill then went on to pursue a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a concentration in Employment Law at the Saint Louis University School of Law from 2012 to 2015. In May 2016, they obtained an Illinois Bar License, and in September 2015, they obtained a Missouri Bar License from the Missouri Board of Law Examiners.
