Jeff Emery

Jeff Emery has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeff is currently the President, Global Fire Safety at Perimeter Solutions since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Norgren as the VP GM Motion Control, Americas from April 2020 to April 2022. At Norgren, they provided leadership over various departments and implemented new growth projects. Before that, Jeff worked at 3M as the Global Business Unit Director for the SCBA & Fire Solutions Business Unit from October 2017 to April 2020, where they were responsible for the unit's performance and execution of strategic initiatives. Jeff also played a significant role in the acquisition of Scott Safety by 3M. Jeff's experience at Scott Safety includes serving as the Global Integration Leader for the integration of Scott Safety into 3M's Personal Safety Division, as well as the Director of Global Marketing. Jeff led cross-functional activities and organizational planning during the integration process. Prior to their time at Scott Safety, Jeff worked at Honeywell in various roles, including Global Marketing Leader and Project Management Leader, where they drove international market growth and led strategic projects. Overall, Jeff Emery has demonstrated strong leadership skills, P&L management, and expertise in the fire safety industry.

Jeff Emery completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Augustana College from 1992 to 1996. Jeff then pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earning it from 1999 to 2001.
