Noriko Yokozuka

Noriko Yokozuka has extensive experience in the legal field. Noriko currently holds the position of General Counsel, Vice President, and Secretary at Perimeter Solutions since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at ICL Americas from 2015 to 2018 as General Counsel and Corporate Counsel, overseeing legal matters in the Americas region. Noriko was responsible for M&A, commercial contracts, litigation management, and IP portfolio management. From 2012 to 2014, Noriko worked in a legal role at a Family Office. Earlier on in their career, they served as an Associate at Skadden from 2005 to 2012 and as an Associate at JPMorgan Chase from 2000 to 2003.

Noriko Yokozuka completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Yale University, graduating in 1999. Noriko later attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where they pursued a Juris Doctorate degree.
