Goutham V. has worked in various roles since 2013. GOUTHAM began their career as a District Resource Person for District Water Management Agency in 2013. In 2014, they were promoted to Project Coordinator for the same company. In 2015, they moved to Miracle Software Systems, Inc. as an HCM Executive, where they were responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment. In 2017, Goutham V. joined Perint Systems as an HR/Operation Manager. In this role, they were responsible for HR, IR & Statutory Compliances, such as PF, ESI, Labor Welfare Fund and TDS. GOUTHAM also followed up with HR teams for monthly payroll inputs and verified data before final payment.

Goutham V. completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and HR from Andhra University in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from BVK COLLEGE in 2011, a MEC from BVK COLLEGE in 2008, and an SSC from nalanda residential school in 2006. GOUTHAM also holds certifications in HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak Executive Education (2019) and Advance Certified Hardware & Networking Engineer (ACHNP).
