Adi Milrad Shpak

Adi Milrad Shpak has extensive work experience in the field of data science and analysis. They started their career at Tel Aviv University in 2008 as a Research Assistant and then worked as a Teaching Assistant at Ben Gurion University of the Negev from 2010 to 2012. At xwise.com, Adi served as a Statistician and Analyst from 2012 to 2015, where they conducted data analysis and built statistical models using tools such as SAS, R, SQL, and VBA.

In 2015, Adi joined Perion Network as a Business Analyst, where they monitored company KPIs and conducted A/B tests for performance analysis. They also developed reports and dashboards to support stakeholders. In 2017, their role at Perion Network transitioned to a Data Scientist, where they developed end-to-end data science solutions and modeled various problems using Spark, R, and Python. They closely collaborated with the product team to support business growth.

Additionally, Adi has experience in supporting struggling students in mathematics at Ramot High School and assisting in teaching Industrial and Management Engineering courses at Ben Gurion University. Throughout their career, Adi has demonstrated strong technical skills, deep business understanding, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Adi Milrad Shpak completed a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics and Sociology from Tel Aviv University between the years 2006 and 2009. Following this, Adi pursued a Master's Degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, specializing in applied statistics within the field of Industrial Engineering, between 2010 and 2012.
