Alistair Blaxill

Alistair Blaxill is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and strategic management across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Periphas since 2021, Alistair leads efforts in providing SaaS-based Strategic Relationship Management Services. Throughout a career marked by interim leadership roles, Alistair has successfully guided organizations such as Alight Solutions, TalkTalk, Bain Capital, and Zellis through critical transitions. Notable previous positions include Head of SAP SuccessFactors EMEA North, Managing Director of Partner Services at Phoenix IT Group, and President for the UK, Ireland, and Africa at NGA Human Resources. Alistair holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from The University of Salford.
