Cynthia Nustad

Cynthia serves on the boards of WPAS and brightfin and has expertise in healthcare technology, cyber security, and compliance.

Cynthia serves as Board Director / Chair of the Technology Committee for NextHealth Technologies and as a board or executive advisor to several companies including SyTrue, Navvis, TTCP, and UCLA’s School of Social Sciences.

Cynthia is the former Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Information Officer at HMS (Nasdaq:HMSY).

Prior to HMS, she was a CTO, GM, and product leader. Serving Fortune 100, mid-size and startup companies. She has also held executive leadership roles at Cambia Health Solutions, WellPoint/Anthem (NYSE: ANTM) and several healthcare technology companies.

Cynthia earned her MBA from University of Oregon, and has an MPH and BA from UCLA.
