Balamurugan Gnanakumar

Balamurugan Gnanakumar has been working in the IT industry since 2004. Balamurugan began their career as a Technical Specialist at Standard Chartered Bank, where they were part of a project to support Hyperion Essbase users worldwide. In 2009, they moved to HCL Technologies, where they worked as a Senior Consultant and was part of the Deutsche Bank London Profit and Loss project for the Consumer Bank division, as well as the Reader's Digest Association Planning Support and Development project. In 2013, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Sr Consultant, and they are currently working as a Cloud Solution Architect at Periscope-Tech since 2022.

Balamurugan Gnanakumar has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Pondicherry University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2004 in the field of Computer Science. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree from Bharathiar University between 1999 and 2001, also in Computer Science. In addition, Balamurugan has obtained three certifications: a Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer in June 2022, an Associate Cloud Engineer from Google in July 2021, and an Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team certification from LinkedIn in November 2018.
