Kelly Fitzgerald

Kelly Fitzgerald has over 20 years of experience in tax planning and compliance. Kelly is currently the Director of Tax Planning & Compliance at Perkins Coie LLP, where they began in March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Vulcan Inc. for 15 years, starting in June 2007 and ending in December 2021. At Vulcan Inc., Kelly was the Director of Tax Planning and was responsible for managing the investment portfolio and associated legal entities, focusing on tax implications. Kelly also collaborated with Finance to address a wide range of business issues and oversaw a team of up to three direct reports. Before joining Vulcan Inc., Kelly held positions at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Tax Associate from January 2006 to May 2007, at KPMG US as a Senior Tax Consultant from December 2003 to December 2005, and at Deloitte as a Tax Staff from September 2002 to November 2003.

Kelly Fitzgerald has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Taxation from the same institution. Kelly is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Washington Society of CPAs.
