Tracy L. Laurie

Tracy L. Laurie, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of Learning and Engagement at Perkins Coie LLP, where strategic connections among teams are emphasized to promote organizational growth through leadership and innovation. Tracy has extensive experience in organization development, having previously worked at T-Mobile, providing essential services including team communication and change management, as well as managing executive leadership assessments. At BECU, Tracy led initiatives in training and employee engagement, significantly transforming the company culture to a performance-based model. Tracy holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University and advanced degrees in Human Resource Development and Organization Management from Clemson University and Northwest University, respectively. Additionally, Tracy is a certified Quality Improvement Specialist.
