Melissa Babb Aia

Melissa Babb AIA, LEED AP is a Senior Associate at Perkins Eastman since October 2024, with extensive experience in architectural design and project management across various firms, including WRNS Studio and KSQ Design. Significant projects include the adaptive reuse of the historic Lord and Taylor department store for Amazon in New York, Halewai'olu Senior Residences in Honolulu, and the development of educational facilities such as East Harlem Education Center and Corvian Community School. Renowned for leading project teams through programming, design, and construction administration, Melissa has achieved recognition for excellence in design, including multiple awards and certifications. Melissa holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
