Barsha Banerjee

Barsha Banerjee has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Barsha is currently the Managing Director, Perkins India at Perkins School for the Blind since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wadhwani Foundation as the North Head SME Partnerships and Government Relations from April 2019 to January 2022. Barsha also has experience as a Consultant at MindLeaders India Pvt Ltd, supporting business growth and generating opportunities from April 2017 to March 2019. Before that, they were the Content Head, Africa at Centum Learning Limited from March 2014 to March 2017. Barsha held the position of Training and Development Leader at Skills Academy Private Limited from December 2012 to February 2014. Barsha also served as the Head of Training and Development at IL&FS Skill Development Corporation Ltd (ISDC) from December 2011 to November 2012. Their early career includes working as the Manager of the Content and Curriculum Group at IL&FS Education and Technology Services from August 2008 to November 2011.

Barsha Banerjee attended Delhi University from 1994 to 1997, earning a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Barsha also participated in the ILSS Leadership Program at ILSS - India Leaders for Social Sector from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, they attended ILSS - India Leaders for Social Sector again, this time specializing in a Fundraising Program.
