David brings 25 years of professional experience in strategic planning, partnerships, and international operations. In his over 10 years in retail banking, he led the cross-border expansion of a retail branch network, holding organizational responsibility for profit and loss and building the executive leadership team. As a consultant for the World Bank and publisher, he authored market research and was cited by the Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal. An expert in public-private partnerships, he has developed initiatives with public and multilateral institutions such as the United Nations’ World Food Programme and government agencies representing Ethiopia, Norway, Senegal, Switzerland and the United States; and private organizations such as Capital One Foundation, Citibank Foundation, Elma Philanthropies, Heron Foundation, JP Morgan Chase Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Swiss Re Foundation, Wells Fargo Foundation, and Columbia University. For his program development and management at Oxfam he was cited by The New York Times. At Perkins, David is responsible for strategic planning and the annual operating plan, contract development, legal, policies and strategic partnership development in countries around the world including Argentina, Armenia, Brazil, China, Croatia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Russia, and Serbia. He graduated with honors from Haverford College in Pennsylvania, USA.
