Alei Hillel Zanoni

Alei Hillel Zanoni, MAIOP, SPHR-i, NcPsyA, is an accomplished talent manager with extensive experience in human resources. At Perkins&Will since March 2020, Alei has held roles from Human Resources Manager to Senior Associate Talent Manager. Prior experience includes serving as HR Director at M&D Milano & Design, along with HR management positions at Chateau d'Ax from 2008 to 2014. Alei's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The City University of New York and an Advanced Certificate in Gestalt Psychoanalysis from the Gestalt Center for Psychotherapy & Training, among other qualifications. Alei also holds a certification in Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
