Johanna Becker

Johanna Becker is a skilled architect, currently working at Perkins&Will since May 2021 as an Architect AIBC and LEED Green Associate. Prior to this role, Johanna served as an Intern Architect at Local Practice Architecture and Design from February 2018 to May 2021, contributing significantly to various design phases, including the Welcher Avenue Multi-Family Affordable Housing Project. Johanna has also been actively involved in the architectural community, serving as a speaker for the Canada Green Building Council's EGP Challenge and working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the UBC School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Architecture from RWTH Aachen University, supplemented by a certification in Circular Economy from the Ellen McArthur Foundation.
